Arab'esque : Middle-Eastern Dance and Yoga

Nadege is from France and discovered yoga when she visited the United States for the first time in the summer 2002. Almost a year later, she moved to San Diego CA, and took Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha yoga classes. After several months of intense practice she decided to become a teacher. She enrolled with the "Institute of progressive therapies" a yoga school certified by the Yoga Alliance. Nadege was certified as a 200 hours yoga teacher in June 2005. She then moved back to France and started to teach all over the French Riviera (Nice, Antibes, Cap d'Ail) and Monaco.
Nadege is also passionate with Middle-Eastern culture and music and is a bellydancer and a bellydance teacher. She's been training for over 13 years with master instructors such as Sandra from Nice France, Kamellia from Paris, Talia from San Diego and took  workshops and private classes with Sonia, Petite Jamila and Bozenka from the Bellydance superstars for 3 month and many other workshops with Zaza Hassan, Mayodi, Cassandra Shore, the Bellyqueen, Tamalyn Dallal... She's been dancing professionally for 7years, first as a member of Sandra's troop "Les Princesses de l'Orient" in Nice and then with "The Oriental Jewels" in San Diego where she also danced as a soloist for many venues. She started teaching there in 2004. When she moved back to France Nadege taught bellydance as well as yoga. She then became a choreographer for her little troops (you can see some of the pictures of the shows in the photo albums).
Now in, Leavenworth WA, she's enjoying teaching yoga and Bellydance at Snowcreek Yoga Studio and graduated with her 500 hours yoga teacher training in January 2010.
Nadege's background also includes ballet, modern-jazz dance and rhythmic gymnastic.
