Vinyasa Yoga classes at Snow Creek Yoga studio 

~Wednesday 7-8:30PM : Vinyasa level 3 : experience a strong flow, with a dynamic pace, creative transition and plenty of fun arm balances

~Thursday 10am-11:30am : Vinyasa yoga Level 2 : A little step up from the Tuesday morning class with more challenging asanas.

~Friday 5:30- 7pm : Vinyasa Yoga level 2.

~Every other saturday 10am-11:30am : Vinyasa for all levels. Different modifications will be taught through the class to fit everyBODY needs.
